Roles we’re hiring
- Senior SEO writer (TR/EN) — Schema, llms.txt, AEO. Bilingual a plus. Publisher-specific SEO experience preferred.
- Technical writer — How-to guides for SEO/AEO tooling. Code samples in PHP/Python.
- Case study writer — Real publisher migrations, traffic recovery stories, schema rollouts.
- Newsletter writer — Weekly SEO/AEO digest. We supply the list, you write.
- Audit consultant — Use our 5 free audit tools, write the deep-dive recommendations.
Three-tier structure
Tier 1 — Founding Contributor Founding
First 1-2 contributors per vertical. Permanent stake.
- Permanent byline + Person-schema
/author/page - 20% of revenue from your articles (sponsored, affiliate, consulting referrals)
- 0.5% equity if the publication ever sells (5-person founding pool = 2.5% total)
- Vertical lead title (e.g., “Lead SEO / Tech / AI Editor”)
- Editorial freedom — your pitches get fast approvals
- Permanent “Founding member of ElephantNY” status
Tier 2 — Early Contributor Early
After founding slots fill. 6-month performance review can promote to Tier 1.

- $25 bonus on any article hitting 1,000+ pageviews (when revenue starts)

Tier 3 — Open Contributor Open
Open to anyone. Submit pitches as they come.

- 30% commission on sponsored posts you bring in
⚠️ Full transparency
We’re pre-revenue. Right now we’re global SEO consulting and publisher engineering; you can see total network size on our live stats page. Pitch us only if these terms are acceptable:
- Money: No upfront pay. Up to 20% rev share when revenue starts.
- Rights: Your content stays yours. We publish CC-BY; you can republish anywhere.
- Exit: Leave with 30-day notice. Content remains indexed; you can pull it if you want.
- Risk: If no revenue in 6 months, bonus expectations reset. You keep the byline + portfolio.

How many writers do you currently have?

When does revenue start?
Active revenue channels: Featured Listings, consulting, affiliate. Scalable channels (sponsored, premium newsletter) activate above 10k/month traffic. Traffic state is on the live stats.
How is equity calculated?
Tier 1 contributors get 0.5% founding stake per vertical. Pro-rata payout on acquisition. Details: Contributor Agreement.
How do I get promoted to Tier 1?
First-come + portfolio fit + 3 published articles in first 30 days = Tier 1. Tier 2 contributors can be promoted after 6 months on performance.
Can I use AI to write?
AI as assistance: yes. AI-only generated text: no. Details on Editorial Standards.
How do you pay when revenue arrives?
Wise / Bank Transfer / PayPal — your choice. Monthly statement transparently sent to each contributor.
