DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between Elephantny (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who places an order through the Seller’s website.
1. SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website.

3. BUYER INFORMATION
The Buyer is the individual who places an order via the website. The information provided during the order process shall be considered valid.

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and total price (including taxes) of the products/services are as specified on the order page.
5. PAYMENT
The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount specified during checkout using the available payment methods. The order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
6. DELIVERY
The product/service shall be delivered within the period specified on the website, depending on availability and location. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure or third-party logistics providers.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, starting from the date of delivery.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email within the withdrawal period.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Digital products delivered instantly
- Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
9. REFUNDS
If the withdrawal right is exercised, the Seller shall refund the payment within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
10. LIABILITY
The Seller is responsible for delivering the product/service in accordance with the specifications. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
