From Smorgasburg to Hester Street: Every NYC Weekend Food Market in One Calendar, with Vendor Lists Where They Exist

Some Saturdays the question is “where should we eat at the Smorgasburg” and some Saturdays it’s “is there even a market on today.” If you live anywhere along the L, the G, or the J, you’ve been having both versions of this conversation for years. Until this week the answer required at least five browser tabs.
This week, Made in NYC (madeinnyc.digital, our sister publication) launched something that just consolidates it. A cross-borough NYC weekend markets calendar that pulls every major food market, flea, craft fair, and pop-up into one filterable page. 104 events across the next 12 weeks. Free, no signup.
The food market part
Smorgasburg’s full lineup is the most visible upgrade. Their own vendor page lists the 68 confirmed vendors for the summer season but doesn’t filter — it’s a long scroll. The MiNYC calendar pulls the same 68 and groups them: food (Mighty Quinn’s, Big Mozz, Birria LES, Bingsoo NYC, BOM BAE, C Bao, 2 Girls Cookshop, ZACHI Chocolates and the rest), drink (88 Coffee Company among others). Each with an Instagram handle where one is listed.
Which means before you decide to L-train to Williamsburg, you can scan whether the three stalls you actually care about are on. Or pivot to the Hester Street Fair Saturday lineup on the LES, or the Brooklyn Flea Williamsburg/DUMBO rotation, or the Grand Bazaar NYC Sunday on the Upper West Side that runs year-round and donates 100% of profits to four NYC public schools.
The fall/winter part
The calendar already has the fall + holiday season loaded — useful because most people don’t think about Bryant Park Winter Village until they’re walking past it in December and the line is too long. Specifically:
- Renegade Craft Fair Brooklyn — June 14–15 in Greenpoint (200+ indie vendors)
- Markets For Makers Brooklyn — October 17–18 at Industry City ($5 entry, 100+ vendors)
- Bushwick Open Studios — September 26–28 (500+ artists)
- Gowanus Open Studios — October 18–19 (300+ artists)
- Bryant Park Winter Village — October 31 through January 4 (170+ holiday shops + free ice rink)
- Union Square Holiday Market — November 20 through December 24 (185+ vendors)
- Columbus Circle Holiday Market — December 1 through December 24 (160+ vendors)
Per-market pages
Each market also has its own dedicated page with all upcoming dates and a vendor list. A few worth bookmarking now:
- /markets/smorgasburg-williamsburg/
- /markets/brooklyn-flea-williamsburg/
- /markets/hester-street-fair/
- /markets/grand-bazaar-nyc/
Updated every Thursday automatically. If a market organizer wants to add their lineup, there’s a free submit form on the calendar page.
