What it offers
SOS that can’t get lost
A press-and-hold emergency alert is confirmed by family with “I saw it / help is on the way.” “Queued on device,” “reached the server,” and “family saw it” are distinct states — no silent failures.
Medication reminders and stock tracking
The next dose is front and center; taken/skipped doses are visible to family; a low-stock alert goes out before medication runs out.
Weekly family summary
Doses taken/missed, adherence rate, and connectivity status — the whole week in one minute.
Accessible by design
The elder-facing screen is built around the fewest decisions and largest touch targets; screen-reader support is built in.

When will Wafa Care be available?
We’re currently preparing a controlled pilot with a limited number of families in Turkey. Those who join the early access list will be among the first invited.
Will it be paid?
Pricing hasn’t been finalized yet; it will be set together with real pilot feedback. Signing up now is completely free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
Is my data and my loved one’s health data safe?
Health and location data are treated as sensitive. Security review and data-protection work will be completed before we begin working with real user data.
Does it automatically call emergency services in a crisis?
No. Wafa Care alerts the family instantly and reliably; automated emergency calling is out of scope for now.
Which countries will it be available in?
It will first be validated in Turkey; separate, controlled pilots in one Arabic-speaking country and one Turkic-speaking country are planned after that.
When will mood tracking and smartwatch support launch?
These features are currently in active development with synthetic data. Real watch connectivity and mood check-ins will open once security and data-protection review is complete and the system is ready for real user data — we’re not giving a firm date, but early access members will hear first.
